Goblin Combe

A chalk gorge and nature reserve with limestone outcrops, wildflower-rich grassland and ancient woodland—great for sweeping landscape frames, close-up wildflower and butterfly shots, and textured cliff details. Best in spring–early summer for blooms and butterflies, golden hour for warm side-light on cliffs, and autumn for color. Small roadside car park on Plunder St; trails are uneven so bring boots. No entry fee but follow reserve signage and check drone restrictions.
